This escrow account is overseen and regulated by the Federal Maritime Commission. To protect you from default, these funds may not be withdrawn by RiverBarge Excursion Lines, Inc. until after your excursion is completed. The R/B River Explorer and its licensed crewmembers are United States Coast Guard Certified for passenger service in all of the waterways where we operate and meet all federal and state requirements for this service.
