GROUP SIZE
A minimum of 10 full fare guests or 5 double occupancy staterooms is required to qualify as a group.
GROUP DISCOUNTS
Group discounts vary by excursion and are listed on the RiverBarge Excursion Lines (REL) Group Tariff. Group discounts may not be available on some excursion dates.
TOUR ESCORT POLICY
Tour escort berths are earned based on the number of full fare paid guests in a group on the same excursion.
- For each 15 full fare guests, REL will provide the 16th guest a FREE BERTH for use by a qualified tour escort, maximum of 4 free berths per group.
- The tour escort berths must be within the group staterooms and will be assigned at the discretion of REL.
GROUP PROMOTION
Materials available include colorful letterhead customized for your group created and printed at NO CHARGE TO YOU, postcards, videos and slides. REL requires review and approval of all promotional copy and prohibits advertisement of any rate lower than REL's published brochure rate for contracted excursion date.
HOW TO OBTAIN SPACE
Simply fill out our Group Request Form or call our Group Sales Department at 1-888-898-0492 to discuss availability. Once a particular excursion is agreed upon, you will be sent a written confirmation, which must be signed and returned to REL as soon as possible. GROUP OPTIONS CANNOT BE ASSIGNED PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF SIGNED CONFIRMATION.
